For us to see that you had Twonky Mobile before May 20, you could not uninstall Twonky Mobile after this date or reset your phone to Factory Settings. Version 2.0.4 of Twonky Mobile, released on June 9, 2011, addressed an issue where people were placed into trial mode even if they had not uninstalled Twonky Mobile or reset their phone. If you experienced this problem, please update to version 2.0.4. If you have modified your SD card or uninstalled Twonky Mobile before version 2.0.4, you may still be placed into trial mode.

Some phone models are not able to discover AirPlay devices because of the way that the AirPlay devices supply information to your network and the way that phones receive this information. This primarily seems to affect HTC phones, although not all HTC phones are affected. This problem may resolve itself through updates to your phone. HTC has already offered firmware updates for some of their phones, which should resolve this issue.
